We are based in Manchester but we can deliver to anywhere in the UK 🇬🇧🚚
When will my order be delivered?
We post orders out on Thursdays. Your order will be sent with My Hermes and the service will depend on which delivery option you select.
Local Deliveries will be made on Thursday evenings
Collections from the shop are during bakery opening times:
Please do triple check the delivery address before placing your order. If you email us to amend the address, we cannot guarantee that this will get amended in time. We cannot be held responsible for any items being sent to the wrong address if it is inputted incorrectly.
How long do the brownies last for?
Our brownies last for 10 days in room temperature 🍫, 2 weeks in the fridge 🧊 or can be frozen for up to 3 months ❄️ x
How many people do the boxes serve?
Well that depends if you’re a sharer or not! You get 12 (big) bite size brownies in most - or 16 bites in the Brownie Bites Box ✨
What allergens do your brownies contain?
All of our regular brownies contain milk, eggs, gluten, soya and nuts. We are able to make nut free brownies but please note that there may be traces as our kitchen is not nut free! Our GF and vegan brownies are made from GF and vegan ingredients. All ingredients are listed in the product description.
Do you do Vegan and GF Brownies?
YES! We have both of these options! Please note that our kitchen itself is not exclusively Vegan and GF so we cannot certify that they are free from. 🌱
Are your brownies Veggie/Halal?
Yes, all of our brownies are suitable for vegetarians unless stated otherwise.
I would like to send brownies as a gift - can I add a message?
Yes! There is a little box at the checkout - this note will be added to your delivery when sent 🎁
Can I choose a specific day for delivery?
If you would like to order for a specific day, please send us a message either via email or on our social media @sugarbunsbakery and we will see whats we can do for you x
As our brownies are perishable goods, we are unable to offer any refunds. However, please do contact us if you are not happy and we will definitely see what we can do to resolve it for you. ✨
We do not offer refunds due to the nature of our products.
If you could like to cancel an order of any items on our online shop, please contact us atleast 2 working days before the due dispatch date. There will be a £2 admin charge.
if you could like to cancel an order for a bespoke bake, please ensure you give as much notice as possible. We will try our best to change it for you but we do not offer refunds.
